On completion of laying of Sewerage Lines or within 180 days from booking (Whichever is later)	20% of Total Price
On Completion of Internal Road & Street Lights or within 210 days from booking (Whichever is later)	10% of Total Price
On Offer of Possession	10% of Total Price + Stamp duty + Registration Charges as Applicable + IFMS
